With reference to the expected resolution of 1000FTAD AG, headquartered in Balgach, regarding the implementation of a new tranche of the capital range described in § 3 of the company’s articles of association in the form of participation capital, as well as the execution resolution of the designated Board of Directors to carry out this approved capital increase by issuing a partial amount of the participation capital through the issuance of new registered participation certificates with a nominal value of CHF 0.01 per certificate at an issue price of CHF 1.75 per certificate, I hereby declare that I am generally interested in an investment and would like to receive a personal offer.
